Over the past many months, we’ve worked diligently on applying for and securing financing for the project. One of the most significant steps in this process was an application to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) for housing tax credits, soft debt and mortgage financing. This application is a critical piece of the puzzle that will allow us to move forward with the project. The application process was rigorous, but we’ve worked hard to ensure that Cypress Place at Royersford meets the criteria set by PHFA. We’re optimistic about the outcome and will keep the public updated as we hear back from PHFA.
