Thank you to all of you who have taken time to provide feedback on this website and in near-neighbor meetings at the Church last week. We hear you! We learned that there are local people who think this type of housing is needed in this area, where rents and property values have risen rapidly. We also heard some concerns. It’s already difficult to navigate the intersection of S. Lewis Rd. and Vaughn Rd., particularly at rush hour and the beginning and end of the school day.
