Mission First Housing Group, Royersford Baptist Church and our development team had planned to present Cypress Place at Royersford to the Upper Providence Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. We have requested that the Planning Commission postpone our presentation to a later date.

After further review, the team wants to spend some more time evaluating the proposed concept to ensure we present the strongest possible plan to the Planning Commission and the community.
