Design Updates Shaped by Community Feedback

Over the past year, we’ve hosted community meetings and connected directly with local residents, businesses, community groups, and Upper Providence Township. Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us refine and improve the project. Below is a summary of key community concerns and how we’ve addressed them:

  • Density:
    • Reduced the total number of units from 48 to 40
    • Redesigned building façades to create a more clustered, residential feel instead of two large structures
  • Emergency Access Road:
    • Redesigned the access road using GrassPave2 pavers, which are durable enough for emergency vehicles but look like grass to better blend with the surrounding landscape
  • Stormwater Runoff:
    • At Cypress Place at Royersford, we plan to meet current Township stormwater requirements which we expect will result in the significant reduction of post development flows in the range of 50%.”
  • Traffic:
    • Cypress Place at Royersford’s development will include the expansion of S. Lewis Rd along the frontage Royersford Baptist Church parcel supporting traffic calming measures.

These changes reflect our commitment to listening to the community and making Cypress Place a welcoming, responsive, and well-integrated addition to the neighborhood. We will be releasing new comment topics so be sure to visit the feedback section.

Thank you for your continued support—we look forward to sharing more updates soon!
